"We chose the apartment because it was spacious and well priced. We found it was ideally located for Le Marais and for the Metro so it was a great base from which to explore Paris. It is located right above a corner store and quite close to a Carrefour supermarket so it was easy to get provisions. And it was in a very quiet street so we found it peaceful at night. The apartment was freshly decorated and clean. The bed was a good size and the small kitchen was well equipped"

"The toilet was separate the the shower room and was in a tiny cubicle... it was difficult to shut the door when sitting on the loo. This was not a problem for us but could be unpleasant for folk who like their privacy. The shower cubicle was very small. And there was no thermostatic control on the shower tap. So on more than one occasion when washing, I knocked the lever and was scalded by very hot water. This could definitely be improved! The mattress was 'ok' but showing signs of wear... it had gone rather soft on one side, particularly along the edge which prompted a bit of 'roll off' in the night. These are minot criticisms... overall the apartment offered a great space at a good price in a good location"

"Everything was perfect. The location is amazing, you have connection to pretty much every possible metro that there is. Apartment was cleaned, well organisied, you have everything you need: plates, utensils, pans, coffee mashine, microwave and so on. The owner Manuela is absolutely amazing! She contact us via WhatsApp before our arrival explaining us everything about the late check in (we arrived around 01:00). If we had any questions regarding the apartment or the area, she answers pretty much imidiately! She Was soo helpful, she even offered to order us a taxi, because we had to leave very early in the morning! If we ever go back to Paris, we will for sure book again with her! Definitly to recommend!"

Entry was made extremely easy as she sent a video showing the lockbox and exact location of apartment in building. Space had everything I needed, comfortable bed, kitchen area.
